What is the systematic method?
  All processes of building production from order receipt, designing, construction, to service after the sales, are systematized by the use of enhanced standardization of all building components.
What are the features?
  For planning:
We will present easy to understand products to customers. For regular types of buildings, we can even provide outline designs and estimates immediately.
For designing:
Using standardized design techniques, we can create a reasonable and cost efficient plan. All the information based on the designing stage can then be integrated and expanded automatically to the next steps such as estimation, basic drawings and detail drawings.
For prefabricating the parts at the factory:
We ensure low cost and high quality through the intensive production methods of prefabrication.
For construction:
Through the standardized construction methods, a high quality building can be built within a short construction time.
Our construction method is primarily designed for reducing the number of centre pillars required for one story buildings, such as warehouses and skeleton structures (while a two-story construction is still possible, too).
It is more cost effective than the conventional construction methods.
In this method, it would be rather inflexible in design, however the great benefits in cost and functional capability outweigh this disadvantage.
We work with superstructure operators and offer products with the benefits above.
We are able to maximize the advantages of the systematic method for food factory construction.
